Which organisations can create a sheet?
Health care actors, enterprises and knowledge institutions that are active in care economics, can create a profile sheet, provided they have an office in the Flemish Region.
Apart from that, intermediary organisations and Flemish public services that are active in the health care economy can also create a sheet.
How to create a profile sheet?
First, you need to register. The database provides for 1 account/1 e-mail address for each organisation. We advise you to appoint someone within your organisation as permanent administrator of the profile sheet.
Once you have registered, all you need to do is to fill out the different fields of the sheet and upload the requested pictures. Help text is available to assist you. The sheet may look somewhat different, depending on whether it concerns an enterprise, a knowledge institution, a health care actor or an intermediary organisation.
When completing the sheet, you will be asked to situate your activities within the health care sector in the categories that are also used in the search filter. We point out that this is merely an indicative and non-exhaustive list which we have kept as simple as possible. Organisations whose activities do not feature on this list, can limit themselves to the main categories and specify in greater detail via tags or NACE codes, for instance.
Not all completed fields will appear on the sheet that is published on the website, such as Customs codes and NACE codes. Still, you are advised to fill out your profile as completely as possible, since it will be possible to reduce the search results through the entered NACE codes when looking for a partner, for instance. Your organisation will thus be found more quickly and easily (the user can search all fields using a keyword).
Once you have created and submitted an organisation sheet, you will receive a message informing you that your sheet is being processed. The Contact Point for Care Economics will check the sheet and ask you to make adjustments, if necessary. You will be notified as soon as your profile sheet is published.
